Meie tarnitavate hoone konstruktsioonide head soojapidavusomadused vähendavad küttekulusid kogu ehitise eluea vältel.

Välisseina viimistluses saab kasutada nii klassikalist voodrilauda kui ka modernseid fassaadiplaate.

Energiatõhusus

Lisaks konstruktsioonielementidele tuleb parema energiatõhususe saavutamiseks pöörata tähelepanu ka akende ja uste õhutihedusele ja ka ventilatsioonile. Aru Grupi majatehas teeb tihedat koostööd samas tootmiskompleksis asuva akna- ja uksetehasega. Aknatehas tegeleb pidevalt tootearendusega, testib avatäidete sooja- ja õhupidavust ning väljastab akendele ja ustele soojapidavuse arvutused. Tänu tugevale tehastevahelisele integratsioonile saame kliendile pakkuda väga heade tehniliste näitajatega maja konstruktsioonielemente.

Komplekteeritus

Toodame double frame tüüpi monteeritavaid välisseina elemente. Tehases viimistletakse seina elemendid väljastpoolt voodrilauaga, seestpoolt katab elementi kipsplaat. Vastavalt kliendi projekti nõuetele on võimalik kasutada ka teisi materjale: fermacell, vineer jms, samuti valmistada seinaelemente tellis- ja krohvitud fassaadiga hoonetele. Elemendi kahe karkassi vahel on aurutõkkekile. Kile selline paiknemine tagab elemendi hea õhutiheduse, sest kile püsib tervena ka näiteks seinale mööblit paigaldades. Õhutihedad elemendid tagavad hoonele head tulemused ka blower-door testis, mis näiteks Norras on kohustuslik läbida. Elemendi sisse paigaldatakse elektripaigaldise tarvis torud, kõrid ja harutoosid. Tehases paigaldatakse elementi aknad ja viimistletakse akende ümbrus.

Energiatõhusus

Sõltuvalt soojustusmaterjali soojusjuhtivuse lambdaklassist saame toota erineva soojajuhtivusarvuga (U-väärtus) elemente:

Topeltkarkass 170 + 45 mm, U-väärtus 0,17 W/m2K
Topeltkarkass 195 + 45 mm, U-väärtus 0,15 W/m2K
Topeltkarkass 195 + 45 mm, U-väärtus 0,12 W/m2K*

Dimensionally accurate and tight external and internal wall elements for builders and developers

Element construction is a favourable solution for a development project and convenient to use also for renovation. Construction time of a building is much shorter compared to the construction process of a concrete structure, due to the lack of concrete setting times. Assembly quality of buildings is good and total cost of the project is favourable. Elements are suitable for the construction of private houses, row houses, multi-storey and public buildings. In order to minimise work on the construction site, we finish the elements in the factory as much as possible. We install external finish and windows to the elements. In case of a special project it is also possible to install throats of power cables into the element.

 

Prefabricated Wall Elements with Timber Cladding

We manufacture wall elements in accordance with the architectural design of the client. Our wall solutions support the requirements on contemporary wooden architecture concerning finish of the facade with brick cladding, plaster solution or facade boards. We can also offer sets of elements, where various facade finish options are combined. The most common solution for external finish of wall elements is use of cladding boards painted in the factory. Maximum dimensions of the elements, which can be delivered to the object with standard transport, are h=2.8 and l=12-13 m.

Timber elements are well suitable also for the construction of modern buildings, where the architectural solution requires use of plastered facade.

 

Internal Wall Elements

We manufacture interior wall elements, which are suitable for the construction of regular as well as load-bearing interior walls. Depending on the project, we use various plasterboards, fermacell board or plywood in the board layer of the element.

 

Various thicknesses of the interior wall: : 95 mm; 120 mm; 145 mm.

 

Internal Wall Element Between Apartments

We manufacture interior wall elements, which are suitable for the construction of separation wall of two apartment boxes in a row house or apartment building. Depending on the project, we use various plasterboards, fermacell board or plywood in the board layer of the element.

Prefabricated Roof Elements

Ceiling panels based on timber frame construction provide excellent thermal insulation and are several times lighter than concrete panels. Ceiling elements are suitable for the construction of inclined roof, shortening significantly the construction time of roof of the project.

 

Prefabricated Intermediate Floors

Intermediate floor elements have precise dimensions and are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the architectural design. They are suitable also for the construction of a ceiling between floors in an apartment building.
